Lorne is a co-founder of Prospero with an MA in Educational Technology from Concordia University and over 18 years of industry experience. He is an award-winning learning strategist with a long history of expertise in the convergence of technology and learning strategies. Lorne’s vision in the mid 1990’s was to help organizations develop their people through custom learning solutions that leverage the best educational technologies. That vision continues today as the Prospero team he leads ensures that our learning solutions keep pace with emerging technologies. In 2007, Lorne was honoured with a Leadership Award from the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada. Lorne also received a 2010 Entrepreneur award as Young Entrepreneur with Exceptional Potential by ProMontreal. He was recently recognized as a Change Leader by the JCF of Montreal. |
Alan Douglas Ray, PhD

Alan, a co-founder of the firm, oversees a number of initiatives at Prospero, including: R&D into new
e-Learning technologies and how they can be integrated into our award-winning designs; best practices for using and customizing existing rapid development tools; and the design and development of Prospero's learning management solutions. Alan is a former Commonwealth Scholar with a Ph.D. in War Studies from King's College London, UK. |
David "Iggy" Iwasiewicz, MBA
Vice-President, Learning Solutions

David is an experienced senior project manager with an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He oversees the design, production and delivery of Prospero’s custom learning solutions, especially our e-Learning initiatives. |
Lori Abramowitz, MBA
Director, Operations and Associate Management

Lori, who has an MBA from the John Molson School of Business, brings to Prospero over 15 years experience managing business relationships. One of her primary tasks with Prospero is to maintain on-going relationships with all Prospero associates and potential associates, helping to ensure they are onboarded effectively before embarking on a client project. |
Leigh Geraghty, B.Ed
Business Development Manager

Leigh’s primary role at Prospero is to source and develop new business opportunities, and manage client relationships. She brings a B.Ed and over 20 years of experience as a Learning and Development professional, spanning several industries including high-tech, automotive/industrial, and government. Clients benefit from Leigh’s experience designing and developing training, managing the corporate training function, and managing contracts and relationships with Fortune 500 and public sector organizations.
