- Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC)
BDC has selected Prospero to produce three elearning modules to teach BDC employees how to use a new document managing system.
- OLG MTT
Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG) selected Prospero to create a series of short online “teasers” for their Managers Training Toolkit. The online teasers will be targeted to site management teams, including the General Manager, department managers and supervisors in all twenty-two gaming sites, plus warehouses and corporate offices across Ontario.
- OLG FIPPA
Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG) selected Prospero to design an eLearning module to educate all OLG employees on the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). This eLearning module forms part of the OLG Manager/Supervisor Orientation program.
- CN Conductor Program Strategy
CN is the only railroad which crosses the continent east-west and north-south, serving ports on the Atlantic, Pacific, and Gulf coasts. The heart of their business is the conductor. In an overarching goal towards improving the effectiveness of the current Canadian conductor training program and with the view to better ‘connect’ with the new generation of railroaders, in consideration of their technological inclination, CN has partnered with Prospero to review the existing program and make recommendations for enhancing and standardizing training materials.

- CN Retirement
Using CN’s proprietary development tool, Prospero is converting of one of CN’s existing instructor-led workshops, “Retirement Planning”, into an interactive e-learning format for self-paced learning.
- Radio Canada/CBC
For Radio Canada employees in Montreal, Prospero is producing an interactive learning experience that teaches the positive inclusion aspects of diversity in the workforce. The objective of the training is to teach the learners that workplace diversity is important and to ensure a positive and welcoming work environment for everyone.
- ExxonMobil in Europe
Prospero has begun work on tailoring the award-winning GREAT! E-learning program for the English speaking European market for ExxonMobil. The blended learning program is designed to teach existing and new hires on all aspects of an Exxon Mobile retail location. This project is intended specifically to tailor some of the key content to address the specific needs of the United Kingdom.
- NYP
For New York Presbyterian Hospital (NYP), Prospero has helped create e-learning standards and templates in Unison (by Rapid Intake), modelled after NYP's legacy interface and course structure. Prospero has also produced the first five courses using the new templates and standards with NYP doing the instructional design (storyboarding).

Prospero has been selected to design and develop another five e-learning courses on financial management for the New York Presbyterian Hospital (NYP).
- DND
The Department of National Defence awarded Prospero the contract to design a blended learning program to teach five different audiences on the Controlled Goods program.
- Roche
Roche has chosen Prospero's Learningworks LMS to access and manage several of their sales and compliance-based e-learning programs.
- Imperial Oil
Prospero completed an interactive e-learning module on Imperial Oil’s Loyalty program. This course is intended to teach all Esso employees about the program and the value to customers. The e-learning was added to the award-winning new hire blended learning program also produced by Prospero.
- Scotia Bank International Banking
Scotia Bank’s International division needed an additional resource to manage its growing number of training programs being produced concurrently. The help them meet his demand, they reached out to Prospero who in return provided them with an experienced Project Manager for a 6 month contract.
- Scotia PBO
Scotia Bank Internal Banking group partnered with Prospero to produce an E-Learning Module called “A Day in the Life of a PBO”. This introductory module helps both the new and existing Personal Banking Officers (PBOs) to understand and take pride in their role. The module provides an overview of the PBO role and focuses on the PBO’s operational effectiveness and to improving overall customer experience. The course is targeting English and Spanish countries in Central America and the Caribbean.
- CIBC
CIBC has requested Prospero’s assistance with the design and development of a custom learning solution Retail Distribution and Telephone Banking Call Centre. Each audience has a slightly different learning need and therefore we needed two tailored blended solutions which included a short workshop and e-learning.
- Leading Global Retailer
A leading global retailer is implementing a new customized Global Time and Attendance (GTA) System for their Logistics facilities. They have partnered with Prospero to provide employees with a knowledge base to maximize the system's usage and enhance consistency in processes. Prospero will produce 90 minutes worth of e-Learning using Adobe Captivate.
- LCBO
The LCBO partner with Prospero Learning Solutions to develop an e-learning/blended learning solution for its Store Product Assortment Review (SPAR) software. The one-hour scenario-based e-learning solution targeted primarily to new employees but can be used as a refresher or reference guide for experienced employees. The creative instructional approach provides learners with a more hands-on experience and provide consistency in the delivery across the organization.
- RBC Insurance
Prospero and RBC partnered together to update a previous Web-based-learning solution for the RBC Business Loan Insurance Plan WBL.
- Coke DNA
In continuation of its ongoing partnership, The Coca-Cola Corporation has asked Prospero to produce a Facilitator’s guide for a new global marketing program.
- CCCE's Meeting

Prospero continues to be TD Bank Financial Group’s one-stop solution. Last year, we completed over 40 projects across the organization for both North American and International audiences in areas ranging from soft skills to technical skills. Delivery methods included ILT and E-Learning using Captivate and Articulate. We’re excited about upcoming projects in 2011!

For Roche, Prospero has produced two new e-learning solutions using Articulate. One project is for Selling Skills while the other is on Compliance.

Prospero’s partnership with a leading global retailer continues to grow. In addition to the six compliance-based E-Learning courses we are developing in Articulate, we have implemented our LMS, Learningworks, as an interim solution to manage and track specific merchant training programs around the world.
