Sound instructional design is the bedrock of Prospero’s custom learning solutions. It is the blueprint that guides the team through the life of a project and to critical success.

Prospero’s instructional designers develop a detailed plan that guarantees learning will take place by:

identifying clear, unambiguous goals that learners may achieve through instruction
translating high-level goals into specific knowledge and performance-based learning objectives that can be measured and tracked
prescribing the most suitable instructional methods and activities to address the learning objectives
creating, organizing, and communicating the course content

Prospero employs a systems approach to instructional design based on Gagne’s Nine Events of Learning, Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives and Bruner’s theoretical framework that argues how learning is an active process in which learners construct new ideas or concepts based upon their current/past knowledge.

For any e-Learning project to be successful, there must be a professional Project Manager to manage all the concurrent tasks, resources, expectations, risks, changes, and to ensure communication between all parties is effectively accomplished.

Prospero has spent many years managing custom learning solutions of all types – from the small and simple using a few specialized resources to the very complex with aggressive timeframes, high expectations, and a large project team performing multiple tasks in concert.

Our project managers follow both PMI (Project Management Institute) guidelines and an internal Project Management Toolkit we have developed that charts every phase of the project management model.
